Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product, we will exchange the product until you are satisfied. All product must be in its original condition for the exchange to be accepted. Your original purchase amount, not including shipping fees, will be credited and you may exchange for any other product(s). HFP provides pre-paid return shipping label to send the order back. Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping charges for the replacement order.

How to exchange your order:

Step 1 – Notify HFP via email at  [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving your order and note the reason(s) for your exchange

Step 2 – HFP will email you a return shipping label to send the product back to us in the original packaging within 48 hours

Step 3 – HFP receives your returned package and ships the replacement order using your preferred shipping method and speed

Buyer assumes all risk of loss for Products while in transit to Buyer. Buyer specifically assumes all risk of loss or seizure of its property and Products by law enforcement or shipping company authorities during shipment.

Package Insurance / Lost or Stolen Items

At checkout, we offer an additional insurance option for all packages. This insurance is optional however, if you do not purchase the insurance, your package will not be covered by us after it leaves our facility. The additional insurance is recommended due to a high amount of theft involved with hemp packages. If you do not purchase the additional insurance, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the postal carrier and understand that hempflowerprime.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

All Terms of sale, use, and conditions will be governed pursuant to the laws of Delaware, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of the conflicts of law.  The purchaser consents upon purchase that personal jurisdiction will be governed by the State of Delaware if any dispute between the purchaser and the company should arise. Both parties agree that any disputes arising out of these terms of sale or use or return policy shall be in the state and/or federal courts in Delaware.

Shipping Policy

Seller shall make commercially reasonable efforts to send out most* orders same day that have payment received by 1pm PST, Monday – Friday. Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped on Monday. For payments received after 1pm PST the order will be shipped the following business day. Orders of 100+ pounds require 2-5 business day lead time. All US orders can expect packages to arrive within 1 to 5 business days depending upon your selected shipping speed.

*Orders containing D8 flower or vape products require lead time and will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Disclaimer:

Due to COVID-19, both UPS and USPS have issued updated time frames for their service commitments which are listed below. Hemp Flower Prime is following all CDC guidelines to keep our employees and customers safe while maintaining our service commitment of same day shipping. HFP is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by our carriers. Payment for expedited shipping is at your own risk during these unprecedented times.

UPS – Suspension of Service Guarantee

Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020. As the effects of the Coronavirus impact our infrastructure, we will continue to seek guidance from local, state, and national government entities to ensure that we fully align with their regulations. We are committed to continue operating globally except where constrained by government restrictions.

USPS

Postal Service Priority Mail® products and First-Class® packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. This change is effective April 17, 2020. Priority Mail’s two-day and three-day service commitments will be extended to three days and four days, respectively. Priority Mail Express service, which guarantees overnight service, and one-day service commitments for Priority Mail will not change.
